Please fill out the following application for TISCA membership. There are two options for payment. Online Payment: Paypal payment option. You do not need a PayPal account to pay, check out as a guest to use a credit or debit card. Offline payment: (Only for those submitting a SCHOOL DISTRICT CHECK, no personal checks will be accepted) Once complete, hit “submit” at the bottom of the page, select the offline payment option and print a copy of the blank invoice to be included with your school district check payment. Please make sure the invoice is filled out with your information before submitting to your finance office.
Fill out the area below based on the current high school you coach for or are the primary coach. If you coach more than one high school or coach school in different classifications (6A&5A), please fill out the additional sections. District coaches or coaches that coach more than one team in each conference. Please list one school from each conference in the drop-down boxes below and any additional school with HyTek codes in the section below the drop-down boxes. This will help identify all of the high schools you coach and assist our region reps.
